Q: How do I care for / clean my plush doll?
A: We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and a damp cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a gentle cold wash (place the plush in a laundry bag) and air dry to keep it fluffy and in shape.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping in the USA usually takes 3–7 business days, while international orders may take 7–21 business days depending on customs and destination.

Q: Can I track my order?
