Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations under the following conditions:

Unpaid Orders
If your order has not been paid, you may cancel it directly or contact us for assistance.

Paid Orders
Paid orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

From the date you receive your plush doll, we offer a 30-day return/exchange policy.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The plush doll must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition (no stains, tears, deformation, missing parts, or strong odors).

  • It must be returned in the original packaging, including any protective materials, tags, boxes, and inserts (if included).

  • A return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt).

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email service@toyshkg.com with the following information:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you would like to return or exchange

  • Reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item received, changed mind)

  • Clear photos or videos (required if the item is damaged/defective or missing parts)

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions. Please ship the item within 7 days after approval and send us the tracking number so we can follow the return shipment.


4. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility
If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, no longer wanted, incorrect selection), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Estimated return shipping: €3–€10 per item, depending on size, weight, and destination.

Merchant Responsibility
If the plush doll is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly sent (not what you ordered), toyshkg will cover all return shipping costs and offer either:

  • a free replacement (same model/variant, subject to availability), or

  • a full refund


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned plush doll to confirm it meets the return conditions:

  • Refunds will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • A confirmation email will be sent after the refund is processed.

  • The time for funds to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds May Apply

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The plush doll is returned damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or negligence.

  • The original packaging, protective materials, or accessories (e.g., tags, inserts) are missing.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your payment account again (bank processing may take additional time).

  • Contact your bank or card issuer for processing timelines.
